Our Process

Describe your company, its products and processes to a top level consultant. Provide a clear description of the challenge that needs to be addressed.

Your consultant will prepare a clear summary of the project, viability of the proposed solution with any other details or complications that may need to be addressed. Worx Integrated works on an Agile basis to give the client the flexibility to have input during the course of the project and make any necessary course corrections during reviews without needing to submit formal Change Requests.

A contract will be drawn between the client and Worx Integrated that includes an overview and outline of the project agreement. Prepayment of the beginning Agile timeframe will be submitted with the initial contract. Each Agile period will be followed by a review to assess the progress accomplished and any changes in specifications that need to be added to the project.

A detailed description of your project will be laid out by your Project Manager, as well as scheduling regular review times with you to make sure all specifications are being met and keeping all staff that need to be part of the process in the loop.

This is a time to provide feedback for any changes to incorporate in the product that were not previously in the specs. This is an iterative process that gives you, the client, the reins to decide to go forward, change direction, or stop the project at the point of review.

The objective, of course, for every project is to get to the finish line. With coordinated feedback and communication on both sides, this goal can be accomplished efficiently.
